Unlike ready-stock retail products, many Podstorify items are created specifically based on your selected product options and customisation details. Production time and delivery time can therefore vary depending on the product, order complexity, quantity, location and courier service.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The estimated delivery period shown during checkout or shared by our team should be treated as the most relevant guide for your order.

If your order includes custom artwork, bulk quantities, special print requirements or a delivery deadline, contact Podstorify before ordering so the expected production and delivery timeline can be reviewed.

How To Follow Your Order

When tracking is available for your selected delivery method, dispatch information may be shared through the email address, WhatsApp number or contact details provided during checkout.

  • Check the email address entered during checkout for order and dispatch updates.
  • Check spam, promotions or junk folders if you cannot see an expected email.
  • Use the tracking link or tracking number provided by the courier where available.
  • Keep your phone reachable after dispatch in case the courier needs delivery confirmation.
  • Contact Podstorify with your order number if you need help locating an order update.

Need To Update Your Address?

Contact us immediately if you need to correct your delivery address, phone number or recipient details. We will try to assist where the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once the order has been handed to a courier, address changes may depend on the courier’s own process and may not always be possible. Additional charges or delays may apply for redirected shipments where permitted.

Before Confirming Your Order

Double-check house number, street, area, city, postal code where applicable and a reachable mobile number. Incorrect information can delay or prevent successful delivery.

If The Courier Cannot Reach You

Delivery partners may attempt to contact you or deliver your parcel based on the details supplied at checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may reattempt delivery, hold the parcel temporarily or return it according to its own procedures.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel where possible.
  • Keep your provided phone number active after you receive dispatch confirmation.
  • Respond promptly to courier calls, messages or delivery notifications.
  • Contact the courier or Podstorify quickly if a delivery attempt was missed.
  • Re-delivery or return-to-sender charges may apply where an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect details or repeated failed attempts.

We aim to process and dispatch orders carefully, but certain factors can affect expected production or delivery timings.

  • High order volume during sale periods, holidays, campaigns or events.
  • Custom design clarification, artwork review or customer approval requirements.
  • Stock availability, product changes or replacement material requirements.
  • Courier delays, weather conditions, traffic, remote locations or operational disruptions.
  • Public holidays, weekends or events that affect production or courier schedules.
  • Incorrect, incomplete or unreachable delivery contact details.

Podstorify will aim to communicate where we become aware of a material delay affecting your order.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the outer packaging when your parcel arrives. If the package appears visibly damaged, take photos before opening it where possible and contact Podstorify promptly with your order number.

For product concerns, incorrect items or delivery damage, please review our Refund & Return Policy and contact support within the stated reporting period.
